Promo codes will not work on Bank Holidays. People will only be able to book directly with us on Bank hols.

We only accept group bookings of 2 nights or more.

From January 1st all bank hols will have a 2 night minimum including the Sat.

CREDIT CARD PROCEDURE

Reservations can only be made with a valid credit card or debit card.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at time of booking.

Brú Bar & Hostel reserves the right to take the balance of the 1st nights accomodation 1 day prior to arrival date. We will contact you should payment not go through.

Brú Bar & Hostel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount at point of reservation. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

What is Pre-authorization ?

A pre-authorization will place the pre-authorized amount in a holding-state and temporarily reduce one’s credit card limit, but it is NOT a transaction charge and will not be reflected in one’s credit card statement. Depending on one’s credit card bank’s set up, the pre-authorized amount will drop off typically after days

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival.
In the event of a “no-show” your credit card will only be charged for the first night’s stay.
Please be aware that person’s under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and can only accommodate a private room.

HOSTEL POLICIES

Absolutely No Smoking in Hostel. Guests violating this rule will be asked to leave.

A deep cleaning fee of €100 will be charged after smoking.

Alcohol to be consumed only in the bar. Alcohol is not permitted in rooms.

A deep cleaning fee of €100 will be charged for soiling of a mattress.

No Excess Noise / large groups crongregating in rooms or Hostel lounge, as this is unfair on the smaller groups, single travellers.

No visitors in the Hostel.

Follow the direction of all staff at all times.

Any damage caused by the action of any guest(s) may result in the guest being liable for the cost of repairs.

We will do all we can to recover costs associated with refunding guests because of inappropriate behavior.

Brú Bar and Hostel will accept no liability for the loss or damage of objects not handed to reception for safe keeping.

Please be respectful of all staff and other guests by following the above rules.

PLEASE NOTE: The Management and Staff reserve the right to refuse admission to the Hostel without explanation.
