Brú Bar is not down the road. It is the ground floor of the building you are sleeping in, with live music five nights a week and all the sport on our big screens.

Show your keycard at the bar if you booked direct and the first half pint of Beamish is on us.

Are the beds bunk beds?

Yes, four beds arranged as bunks, each with its own bed light and space for a bag.

Can I book just one bed?

Yes. Beds in the mixed dorm are sold individually, so booking on your own is the normal way people use this room.

Is the dorm mixed gender?

It is. If you would rather not share with males, book the four bed female dorm instead — same layout, same private bathroom, and all of them are on the second floor.

Is there a locker?

Yes, a locker for every bed, and bigger ones downstairs if you are travelling with a case. They are coin-operated, from €1 for six hours up to €5 for twenty-four, and there is no key or PIN — you scan a barcoded receipt whenever you want to get at your things.
